Job Description

• Learn Business Development Processes by completing training programs and subsequently on job training and tasks.
• Observe Sales Processes by attending appointments with Business Development Executives.
• Learn different business development styles by completing the rotation in understudying the different Senior Client Engagements. 
• Practicing sales processes by calling on existing and then cold outreach; adhering to established sales steps.
• Accomplishing sales and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative activities assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Effectively Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Independent, and able to work alone with minimal supervision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Responsible and takes pride and ownership in work done
• Results-driven
• Knowledge of MS Office would be good
• A related field of experience (Bonus)
