Job Description

You will have opportunities to assist the CEO on daily business operations, allowing you to gain insights and experience the fast growing skincare brand in Singapore.

Besides providing you a learning ground, we also want to engage you as a key part of the team to the company business.  

If you love beauty and the digital world, this could be the opportunity for you to be part of our team.

The incumbent shall be a confidential assistant to the CEO.

Finance :      

·      Process claims, issue credit/debit notes, payment issues, chase payments, issue payment vouchers.

·      Assist in GST submission and payroll

·      Assist in processing governments grants

·      Basic book-keeping

HR & Admin:

·      Assist in employee training plans

·      Maintain HR policies

·      Arrange for delivery & logistics

·      Collect mails & send out parcels

·      Recruitment: Interns sourcing and liaison with schools and general internal recruitment

Business Development support:

·      Assist CEO in business development functions

·      Other duties as assigned
