Job Description

Objective of role:

Ensure all new products are updated accurately and optimised in all e-commerce channels and wholesale orders are processed and delivered by the lead time

Position summary:

The E-commerce Intern oversees the following main functions:

  • Operations
    • Issue invoices to the wholesale customer after receiving their monthly report
    • Inventory update at the warehouse (wholesale or stores)
    • Create New items list for the wholesale customers
    • Consolidate delivery records Monthly
    • Create Delivery Order
    • Co-ordinate Deliveries and Create Delivery Record
    • Helps in Pop Up Store Activation
  • Administrative
    • Regularly updating of inventory on the online platforms we operate in
    • Uploading of new products to websites and all e-commerce platforms
    • Timely process of 3PL, courier partners and all other invoices before month-end closing
  • Customer and Retail Support
    • Monthly sales report (stores)
    • Consolidate Sparks (loyalty points) report
    • Monthly sales report (supplier)
    • Consolidate major points report
    • Order of supplies
    • Create new items barcode to Store backend
    • Create barcode if items are without barcode (supplier or own)

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities:

  • Ensure new collections are uploaded to websites and marketplaces
  • To ensure all orders are delivered within the lead time
  • Responsible for the entire order fulfilment process
  • Good communication amongst team and 3PL
  • Ensure no discrepancy on billings and invoices

Suggested Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma Logistics/Supply Chain Management/E-Commerce or equivalent
  • Working knowledge & experience of various local & international e-commerce platforms/systems, both front-end & back-end (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel (V lookup & Pivot Table)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong organisation skill
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers.
  • Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Good communication skills
