- In charge of order packing and logistics for ecommerce orders
- Sourcing for and management of company registration and products onboarding across ecommerce and retailer platforms, locally and globally
- Deliver weekly social media statistics, weekly ecommerce sales reports, consolidating monthly sales and marketing expenses (templates provided)
- Responsible for consolidating advert statistics for reporting
- Support Manager in liaison between business partner
- Entrusted with customer service queries across ecommerce platforms and social media
- Maintain and manage product reviews, customer feedback and press features
- Events management for our workshops like RSVP, setups etc
- Monitoring and maintenance of marketing supplies like stationery, decorations, assets
- Claims for sales and marketing department
- Other general duties
Requirements

Entry level or diploma in marketing or relevant fields with industry experience welcome
