HR Assistant Temp (4 Months)

Your roles:

• To liaise and coordinate with various departments in respect of HR and admin matters.
• To responsible for the control of documentation and other administrative requirements needed to manage the HR & Admin department effectively.
• To administer insurance claims, renewal of insurance, and provide advices to staff on insurance matters.
• To liaise with external training providers for registration of courses and administer training grants or funds.
• To handle recruitment activities, sourcing for candidates and arranging for interviews.
• To conduct onboarding including orientation, creation of P-files and creation of new hires in justlogin system.
• To handle work pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
• To handle NS-men make-up claim.
• To issue HR-related letters and documents i.e. confirmation letter and letter of employment.
• To process resignations, termination and dismissal matters.
• To process exit clearance before payment to staff.
• To monitor staff birthdays and give gifts as a form of best wishes to them.
• To manage leave administration i.e. annual leave, medical leave.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

About You:

• Minimum Diploma in HR
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Well verse with Local Employment Act and practices
• Able to fit into SME working environment
• Good teamwork with positive work attitude
• Singaporean only
