Kingston played a significant role in the nation's fight against Covid, with Covid-related services spanning across different mediums including, but not limited to Quick-Test Centers, Swab Sites, Home Swabs and Tele-Antigen Rapid Testing (ART).

Check, verify, issue and record of invoices for various stakeholders.
Verify transactions to comply with financial policies and procedures.
Key invoices and claims in the system including uploading of soft copies into the system
Process payments to, and collect outstanding payments from various stakeholders.
Preparation of intercompany billings and records in the system.
Calculation and processing of payroll data for all staff in the company.
Calculation and processing of various types of claims to employees.
Generate company profit and loss statements and provide all related information to the CEO and Management
Preferably trained in, or possess a certificate in Finance and/or Accounting
Time Management Skills
Meticulousness and Proficiency in Calculation and Accounting
Meticulousness in Data Entry & Generating Reports
Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
Finance & Accounting qualifications an advantage (CPA etc.)
