Job Description
  • The coordinator is in charge of managing the site deployment of 2x roving exhibitions. He/She will be working closely with our client on the deployment schedule and collaborate with various venue owners such as Schools, Government agencies and commercial building management on deployment plans. The required plans etc are mapped out during the planning phase; the coordinator would need to execute the plans. 
  • The coordinator will be working closely with our appointed HR agencies with regard to staff (facilitators) deployment. He/She will need to follow up with ground feedbacks, welfare and administrative work such as approving time sheets etc.
  • The coordinator is required to perform site visits for the planned activations. He/She will need to update the various stakeholders on the deployment move in plans based on the template developed.
  • As the coordinator is the main point of contact, he/she would need to report in on the day of deployment to the venue to ensure that various stakeholders are brief of updated plans and changes etc.
  • Required to submit an activation report based on the templated developed after each activation event.
  • The forecast for this first half of the year is not more than 20 activations.
  • Some activations falls on the weekend
  • Person-in charge or the operations manager will accompany this candidate for the first month as part of familiarisation.
  • To work on the rsvp listing and following up of enquiries for a 3 days event.
  • He/She will work with the Project and Operations Manager on the execution plans etc.
