- Assist full-time staff with day-to-day operations and event planning, including projects in the areas of marketing, event development, and sponsorship/development
- Understanding of the Integrated Marketing industry in Singapore, including an overview of the company divisions e.g. Marketing, Account Servicing, Design, Business Development, and Operations.
- Assists and researches to facilitate media/events planning, social platforms, and implementation, including an understanding of applicable licenses and event security especially with public roadshows/events.
- Business Proposals: Assist in developing proposals for clients + hands-on client servicing
- Co-ordination and liaise with key partners/suppliers/vendors for assigned clients/projects, including gathering of quotes
- Follow-up with partners on implementation of assigned projects, site recees or visits may be conducted, with supervision
- Participating in brainstorming during project conceptualization with designers and colleagues to develop ideas and proposals
- Project management including a hands-on understanding of business proposals with profit/loss projections.
- Exposure to Manpower planning for casual labour
- Operations: Assist the Operations Manager with on-site activations including logistics, setup & tear down, including Operations Timeline development + implementation
