About our client: Our client is an EPC contractor in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry.
Job Description
About the role:
- Process invoices received from suppliers and process payments
- Update invoice listing and prepare accrual listing
- Perform monthly supplier’s reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Prepare invoice to client
- Prepare back charge invoice subcontractors and update COR register
About you:
- Diploma in Accounting or A levels with working experience.
- At least 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
- Meticulous, positive mindset and possess "Can-do" attitude.
- Hardworking, meticulous and able to take on ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
- Experience in Marine/Shipyard or Construction industry is advantageous (but NOT a must).
- Office located in West area
Other information:
- Work location: West (company transport is provided in selected MRT stations)
- Working days: 5 days; Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm
