King George’s Music Academy – Business Administrator / Social-media Marketer

King George’s Music Academy is a music school located near Lavender MRT station, Singapore.
KGMA's name was inspired by the street and building name where it was found. 

Founded by an avid musician, KGMA comprises of a team of experienced and passionate musicians who are able to impart important skills to help students who share the same passion. We strongly believe in delivering a holistic education, which encompasses values such as respect, determination and confidence apart from the traditional focus of acquiring musical certifications. As an intern, you will be given the opportunity to learn first-hand about the operations of an SME. You will be tasked with responsibilities such as customer service, marketing and the management of the school. 

Job Scope:

• Researching, curating and creating original content for our social media platforms
• Updating of our social media platforms
• Development of marketing and business improvement proposals
• Assisting in ad-hoc events and campaigns
• Basic administrative work
• Handling of walk-in, phone and online enquiries

Job Requirements:

• Outgoing personality
• Passionate about customer service and marketing
• Creative and be able to think on your feet
• Mature and independent 
• Meticulous and capable of organising large amounts of information
• Bilingual and has a strong command of both spoken and written English

(Candidates with musical backgrounds are preferred, though not compulsory)
