Kinexcs Pte Ltd – Sales and Business Development

Kinexcs is a digital health startup specializing in personalization of health or fitness goals. We achieve this by clever use of data analysis, smart wearables and test kits to provide meaningful recommendations and objectives crafted by professionals for any athelete, health, fitness enthusiasts or musculoskeletal patient. We provide a range of products both in the consumer space and the clinical space, including our in-house developed medical device, KIMIA, that is on route to start the first stages of clinical trials. We're currently in an exciting time where we're pushing multiple products to market and are growing our team of talented individuals.

Job Responsibilities

• You will be in charge of introducing and executing company digital marketing initiatives and deriving metrics to measure and assess its effectiveness, then propose solutions to improve and optimize it. 
• You will have front-line communication to key stakeholders of the company including but not limited to investors, surgeons, physiotherapists, patients and their loved ones. 
• You will be responsible for managing the company's social media accounts, newsletters, websites and other channels and will learn how to effectively use industry-level CRM tools and techniques to carry out the company's marketing plans. 
• You will work closely with the Co-founder, CEO and Head of Business Development and Operations of the company, as well as other members of the team to carry out daily company activities and learning about the health-tech startup landscape.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 'O' level or higher. Good to have an academic background in marketing or similar
• Experience in business communication and sales coupled with a flair for the English Language
• Strong leadership, high adaptability and an adventurous spirit for a tenacious startup stint
