Job Description

Job Descriptions: 

  • Able to lead a team and liasing with clients
  • Coordinate daily activities of the team, contractors and suppliers
  • Good Knowledge in detailing
  • Must be able to deliver base on Concept and Schematic Design
  • Must be a good team player with the ability to work independently as well as collaborating with other project manager
  • Inspecting and supervising the work of tradespeople to ensure that quality and safety standards, costs and deadlines are met.
  • Research and preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interior constructions, materials, finishes, lighting and furnishing.
  • Selecting suppliers of materials and labour
  • Estimating costs and submitting quotes for client approval

Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of Interior Design Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplines
  • Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work flexible hours when required
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Able to take on new challenges and meet deadlines
  • Preferably with project coordination experience in ID Industry
  • Open to Malaysians
