Possessing skills and intricate knowledge that equipped us to execute in large scale logistic planning and deployment for mega scale events such as World Rugby 7s Singapore 2019, Singapore Writers Festival 2020 (Hybrid Event), Singapore Tennis Open ATP 250 2021, and the recent World Table Tennis Cup Finals 2021.

Position: Graphics Designer Intern
Start date: Immediate, minimum 3 months
Jobscope:
- Assist Creative Director in research, conceptualise and develop ideas for creative proposals
- Graphic design work for both print and digital artwork (eg. large format backdrops, die-cut props, posters, social media banners)
- To manage the delivery of the project specifications with relevant vendors / partners / production team
- Provide on-site support for assigned events including set-ups and tear-downs
Requirements:
- Diploma in Graphic Design or in other similar visual communications field
- Meticulous, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Strong graphic communication and design skills
- Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop is a must. Knowledge on CAD drawing skill preferred
- Highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to meet tight deadline for multiple projects and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- To work on weekends and public holidays when required
- Fresh grads are welcome
