Past events include Singapore Rugby 7s 2022, Singapore Tennis Open 2021 ATP 250, World Table Tennis Grand Smash 2022, and the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon.
Position Summary:
We are looking for Event Venue Coordinators (Contract) for an upcoming event. Please note that this is a 1 month contract position, starting 1st July to 31st July.
You will work closely with the Project Manager on the project and assist in delivering the event smoothly. You will liaise with contractors to effectively communicate the project requirements and learn how to manage/communicate with clients. You will be involved in the event from planning to execution of event, mainly liaising and coordinating with the parties involved. You will be required to work weekends to standby for the event when required (17th July onwards).
The ideal candidate would be a team player, responsible, excellent communication skills, willing to get your hands dirty, can work under pressure, and able to commit on weekends when required.
