Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing and communications plans to boost brand awareness through craft thought leadership campaign for Kin Hin Innovation Labs' (KIL) brands globally
  • Plan and build social media conversation calendar for assigned brands, manage influencers marketing and campaign activations as brand principal
  • Lead, develop, create and manage the brand library and graphics support to support campaigns of distributors and retailers
  • Deal with marketing partnership on digital collaboration on social media accounts
  • Keep track of budget spending, social media/digital metrics for performance measurements
  • Under the guidance of the reporting manager, the candidate will play an active role in planning and execution of brand refresh for one of the brands
  • Work together with Business Development Manager to plan Go-To-Market plan to enter new markets and adhoc assignments
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in team meetings and work closely with internal and external clients, project managers, etc. within and without the organisation
  • Establish an online presence through social media marketing and communications for KIL brands
  • Craft overarching KIL marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness and grow sales globally
  • To develop a cohesive consumer shopping journey for KIL brands

Learning Outcome

  • To learn how to manage content, measure and meet social media KPI metrics.
  • To acquire the skills and knowledge in rolling out marketing and communications plans across all channels
  • To learn how to prepare marketing and communications report for presentation to stakeholders
  • To be given the opportunities to develop a brand new consumer shopping journey for KIL brands

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop

• Familiar with social media - Instagram, Facebook, etc

• Graphic design and video editing skills are a bonus
