As a Brands & Marketing PR Intern at Mama Shelter Singapore, you’ll be involved in:
1. Brand Building & PR Assist in executing PR strategies to increase awareness and visibility of Mama Shelter Singapore. Support in drafting press releases, media kits, and influencer outreach materials. Coordinate with PR agencies, journalists, and influencers for collaborations and event coverage.
2. Content Creation & Social Media Brainstorm and create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, newsletters) aligned with the Mama brand tone. Assist in managing and scheduling posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor social trends, competitors, and relevant hashtags to keep MAMA fresh and visible.
3. Events & Activations Support the planning and execution of media previews, launch events, and community activations. Assist in on-site event coordination (guest registration, influencer hosting, social media live coverage). Capture behind-the-scenes moments and guest experiences for storytelling.
4. Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance, social engagement, and media mentions. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Suggest improvements based on data and competitor benchmarking.
5. Cross-Department Support Work closely with F&B, Operations, and Events teams to align campaigns with hotel happenings. Assist in producing branded collaterals (flyers, menus, posters) with creative vendors/designers. Maintain brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
