This café is a new F&B concept within COMO Dempsey.

• Assist Service Leader in organising table seating.
• Serve water and refill glasses as and when needed
• Ensure the timely delivery of food/beverage orders
• Possess expensive and correct knowledge of menu and non-menu items, and their ingredients.
• Setup, breakdown of the restaurant
• Complete opening and closing side work
• Maintaining side stations stocked and cleaned
• Assisting in cleaning up of spills and table cleanliness.
• Complete housekeeping functions where necessary (ie. cleaning, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash and etc.)
• Greeting of customers and providing an enjoyable dining experience for all customers
• Handling of customers' queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Providing suggestions and recommendations to upsell.
• Facilitating and assisting Service Leader in any other requirements
