• Responsible for the hiring & retention of Full-Time and Flexi-Hourly Rated Crew members
• Plan employee strength and roster
• Lead and train a team of dedicated service providers
• Manager inventory control and usage

【Industry Background & Skills】

• Possess at least 1-year relevant experience in the same capacity
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive mindset and a passion for providing excellent guest services
