• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate and assist with events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Managers.
