Objective & Aim: To equip interns with financial literacy knowledge and leadership skills to prepare them for a career in the financial industry.

Outline of Programme:

  1. Introductory Training: Undergoing AXA structured training and tutorials tailored to enhance understanding in the financial services industry.
  2. The Art Of Communication: Learn about the principle of persuasion as well as gather practical and proven tips from our experienced practitioners.
  3. Network Building: Network with our associates and leaders through various events and interactions.
  4. Strategic Business: Skills on Strategic Planning for business growth, how to manage on your own business and creating your own brand

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years and above
  • Singaporeans and PR only
  • Students who are looking at part time basis job with flexible schedule for at least a month
  • Local Diploma Holders / University students or graduates who are looking for any career exposure and opportunities
