Kent Ridge Health Singapore – Client Success & Account Associate

We are looking for an Client Success and Account Associate to join our growing, dynamic Client Success team.

As an Client Success and Account Associate at Kent Ridge Health, you'll join an incredible team of people who have worked in many facets of healthcare, from traditional health plans to modern medical assistance and care solutions. 

What will you do?

• Work with the COO and Customer Success team to support our corporate customers
• Support the implementation of the Kent Ridge Health corporate community; such as member account matters, invoicing/billing. 
• Assist with clients’ requests or issue escalations as needed

• Comfortable with numbers 
• Ability to multi-task

Preferred Requirement

• Able to start in January 2020 (latest early February) and commit for at least 2 to 6 months
