Job Description

As a PC System Integrator/Builder, you will be responsible for assembling, configuring, and testing custom-built personal computers according to customer specifications. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to work efficiently will contribute to ensuring the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with a team of professionals, including sales representatives, to provide outstanding computer systems tailored to meet the specific needs of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and build custom personal computers based on customer requirements, ensuring the accurate installation of hardware components, peripherals, and cables.
  • Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software applications on newly built PCs.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks and testing procedures to ensure optimal performance, stability, and compatibility of computer systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identify and resolve technical problems during the assembly and testing process.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer specifications and requirements, and provide expert advice on hardware and software compatibility.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest computer hardware, software, and industry trends to ensure the ability to recommend and integrate cutting-edge technologies into custom builds.
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, ordering components, and ensuring proper storage and organization of computer parts.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support, and offering guidance on upgrades and future enhancements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates to enhance efficiency and streamline the PC assembly workflow.
