KECha in Chinese means Thirsty tea. It is a newly concept beverage kiosk originated from Taiwan. They offer a range of healthy beverages from Milk tea series, Butterfly peas series, Roselle series, Earl Grey tea series, Cold brewed Oolong / Green tea series and even unique series (non-tea) in stunning colors served in beautiful and reusable bottles which are able to fit into a bag nicely. The drinks definitely make for superb Instagram shots.
- Orientation and introduction for new staff on company setup and policies. Provide information such as organization structure, functions of various department.
- Sharing of office procedures, and different types of forms to use. Procedure on how to purchase goods. We will also provide guideline on the do’s and don’t’s on the job.
- Guide on counter service: telephone etiquettes, taking order from customer, greeting customer. Counter staff will need to learn on how to operate the POS system with different modules and discount for diiferent menu and drinks.
- Product training- Food: what’s is on the menu. Different types of drink and topping. Need to memorise the basic ingredient used inside the drink and the colour and taste of the drink. They need to learn the combo promotions pacakage and the different types of deals from different merchant.
- Training on proper handling of operational equipment.
- Learn how to operate the mixer blender machine properly. If not the tea will spill out all over the floor.
- Learn how to operate the automatic syrup machine.
- Learn on the correct ways to brew and tasting of tea.
- Training on mixology of the different types of drink. They need to memorise every single step on how to mix all the drink. They also need to memorise on the ingredients in the drink.
- Training on how to shake the drink and garnish it.
- They are taught on how to make exact measurement for making the drink.
- Staff was also taught on how to key customer requirement, make changes to orders, prepare the bills, printing receipt, refund order, closing order for the days and include shift closing and reconcile register.
