Job Description

What you will be doing?

  • - Assist in follow-up product development such as communicating about product specifications and requirements
  • - Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects
  • - To assist in communicating information in the product development process, from start to end with all relevant stakeholders and suppliers.
  • - Assist in all samples of products are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
  • - Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and relevant stakeholders
  • - Assist create and maintain comprehensive products' documentation
  • - Closely monitor & update the products' status, timelines & schedule
  • - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What are we seeking for the IDEAL CANDIDATE?

  • - Fresh graduated from Degree / Diploma
  • - Good in Planning and well-organized
  • - Meticulous and effective time management
  • - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can develop strong relationships
  • - Self-motivated and proactive
  • - Independent but also a team player
  • - Able to work in a Fast-Paced environment
  • - Well-versed in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous as to liaise with Chinese Speaking associates.
