Get to know the role
We’re looking for an intern to work closely with the founders to drive Arrow’s efforts to bring our checkout product to brands selling online. You will be working across Strategy & Business Development.
The Day-to-Day Activities
- Support Founders with assessment of leadership's strategies and growth initiatives
- Assist with in-depth analysis of our industry, competitors, and business operations;
- Assists with cross-functional projects; communicates recommendations and helps drive outcomes with various stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across regional, local and global teams to understand business challenges and opportunities
- Build playbooks for GTM for launching new products across markets
The Must-Haves
- 2 years experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, and/or management consulting, or related fields.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills combined with a practical, quantifiable and structured approach to problem solving.
- Experience building financial models and utilizing financial analysis to develop insights and drive recommendations.
- Ability to structure and develop thoughtful and practical recommendations driven by fact-based analysis.
- Highly motivated, innovative, and loves the of being in a fast-paced environment
- Past internship experience in a startup, tech company, payment / fintech company is a huge plus
