JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reply to customers’ queries from Facebook/Instagram, Google Reviews and Marketing email inbox
• Develop the brand’s TikTok presence via creation of engaging content
• Assist with the planning of social media posts, including copywriting
• Propose content for monthly e-newsletters
• Designing of promotional posters and digital banners for use in retail channels and e-commerce sites
• Compile competitors’ key online activities bi-weekly 
• Assist Consumer Sales team in their market visits and reporting
• Maintain showroom image through regular audit and improvements to point-of-sale materials
• Ensure website is kept up to date with the latest product information and promotions
• Assist with the preparation of lead generation mailers for B2B team
• Propose ideas and activities for employee engagement

REQUIREMENTS

• Pursuing a Diploma in Business/Communications or related disciplines
• Basic designing and video editing skills e.g. Canva, Capcut 
• Willingness to learn and follow processes through on the job training
