Job Description

We are seeking a result-driven sales professional with a proven sales record. He/she must provide a high standard of educational advice and guidance by answering any questions the student might have, and act as a liaison between our renowned university partners and the student. The ideal candidate should be an expert in advising the most suitable course that meets the student’s demand for career advancement. He/she should be an excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep belief in the value of education. He/she should be someone who thrives as an individual and as a part of a team that enjoys assisting our students to achieve their success.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive and achieve company sales targets through proactive sales activities
  • Conduct consultations and preview sessions to potential customers, providing detailed information about our products and services
  • Manage leads in SalesForce, following the department's standard operating procedures for lead updates and tracking
  • Uphold the highest level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving customer compliments key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with inter-departments on administrative and enrollment matters to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Work cohesively with Marketing/Campaign Managers on marketing strategies and initiatives, providing input and support where applicable
  • Report to the Team Manager on all sales and administrative matters related to Kaplan's products and services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a relevant industry, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets
  • Previous experience in administrative-related tasks, ensuring efficient processes and documentation management
  • Strong negotiation skills, able to communicate value propositions effectively and close sales deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Technical competency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling effective data management and reporting

Qualifications

  • Degree in any field of studies

Other Information

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Work Arrangements: Hybrid

Location: Singapore (Central Area – Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
