Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Client Services Excellence:

  • Provide exceptional service to Kaplan Financial's corporate clients, students, recruitment agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Offer sound advice and guidance through various communication channels, including walk-ins, telephone inquiries, emails, and other appropriate means.

2. Student Support:

  • Offer timely and accurate advice to assist students in various aspects, including admission, advancement, readmission, installment plans, and enrollment in KF's programs.
  • Ensure students meet admission requirements for KF's programs and other professional qualifications.

3. Sales and Customer Engagement Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with the Head of KF Regional Manager to implement sales and customer engagement strategies.
  • Enhance the value of learning with KF and elevate the profile, quality, and prestige of KF's new programs and partner professional qualifications.

4. Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing students, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
  • Play a pivotal role in building strong connections that support KF's growth and reputation.

5. Business Development Support:

  • Actively support the wider business development team in achieving their goals.
  • Stay informed about the market and maintain a comprehensive understanding of KF's product offerings.

6. Database Management and Standards:

  • Ensure the accuracy of database information.
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Uphold prescribed standards and meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of full-time work experience in client-facing or customer service roles.
  • Experience with data analysis software is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Diploma from a local polytechnic in a relevant field.

Other Information

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)

Location: Singapore (Central Area – Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
