Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and optimizing digital marketing efforts. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Build & maintain a new web amendment workflow process with the introduction of project management tools (MS Planner/Trello) to improve efficiency and visibility.

  • Maintain a tracker for work in progress (WIP), including pipeline and tentative completion dates based on SLAs.

2. Manage 'Teach-out & Inactive Programmes PDF' in collaboration with the PDM Team.

  • Handle web page amendment requests from stakeholders and liaise with the agency when needed.

3. Conduct quarterly checks on the quality of web content and liaise with internal stakeholders for corrective action if needed.

  • Remove duplicate/orphaned webpages from Kaplan.com.sg.
  • Purge private/unused/draft web pages from WordPress.
  • Collaborate with the agency to create a master web style guide based on Kaplan.com.sg and Kaplan brand guidelines.
  • Ensure improved SEO compliance.

4. Conduct leads nurturing on Sales Force Marketing Cloud.

  • Generate leads and manage featured programmes for Chat Bot.
  • Integrate data from FB, Linkedin, and Chat Bot via Leadsbridge.
  • Automate Workflow Approvals using Adobe Sign & Share point/OneDrive.

5. Ensure all marketing communication materials for the web are brand-compliant.

  • Sync leads to Salesforce.

6. Manage the email account (info.sg) and respond to emails within 1 working day.

  • Manage Marketing Calendars (Homepage & Featured Programmes Sliders) on the website.
  • Import leads from Jobscentral & Chat fuel.
  • Organize filing/e-filing of KHE ads and contracts and maintain proper organization of Kaplan premiums overseen by the department.

7. Ensure zero major complaints from CPE/EduTrust in the specific area of Sales and Marketing that may endanger our EduTrust status.

8. Generate weekly and monthly leads reports from the CRM system.

9. Provide administrative support to the Marketing department.

10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing and managing web content.
  2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  5. Experience with SEO and lead generation is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma in marketing or any related field.

Other Information

Working hour ~ Monday - Friday ~ 9am - 6pm

Work Arrangements ~ Hybrid work environment

Location ~ Singapore (Central Area – Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
