Job Description
  1. Checking / auditing compliance to processes and regulations, including
    • Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations including SOX and ISO27001.
    • Performing regular compliance reviews of businesses and processes.
    • Ensuring compliance is addressed in documentation and procedures.
    • Managing complaints and requests through to resolution.
    • Tracking remediation of compliance gaps through to resolution.
    • Educating employees and partners through documentation and brochures on how to improve compliance
    • Examining and improving auditing processes to resolve compliance issues quickly or prevent them entirely

  2. Giving advice
    • Providing advice on compliance to standards and regulations.
    • Providing advice on controlling risks.
    • Assisting with providing awareness activities.

  3. Creating and updating records, including
    • Maintaining risk and compliance documentation and registers.
    • Maintaining a log of incidents and remedial actions and recommendations.
    • Maintaining / updating own knowledge of regulations, frameworks and standards.

  4. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in operations delivery, with an understanding of global information security & compliance regulatory standards and frameworks such as SOX, ISO27001
  • A background in compliance, information security, business continuity, risk management or similar would be preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to distil complex matters and communicate clearly to non-subject matter experts. Good influencing skills. Experience of working with people at all levels. Ability to influence others without direct managerial authority
  • Good attention to detail, organized, analytical, practical, able to take the initiative and work to deadlines. Ability to conduct research and analyse results.
  • Proficient using the Microsoft office suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in any field of studies

Working hour ~ Monday - Friday ~ 9am - 6pm

Work Arrangements ~ Hybrid work environment
