Job Description

As a Business Support Associate / Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our corporate clients, students, recruitment agents, and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at providing exceptional support and enhancing the value of our educational programs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. The incumbent is expected to provide a high standard of service to KF’s potential and existing corporate clients, students, recruitment agents and internal stakeholders through sound advice, attending to walk-ins, telephone enquiries, emails, and other communications as appropriate.
  2. Provide timely and accurate advice to support students in admission, advancement, readmission, instalments, enrolment to KF’s Program and other professional programs’ admission requirements.
  3. Assisting the head of KF Regional Manager in implementing sales and customer engagement initiatives designed to enhance the value of learning with KF and raise the profile, quality, and prestige of KF’s new programs and partners’ professional qualifications designation.
  4. Relationship management with potential and existing students and internal/ external stakeholders will become an increasingly important part of the role.
  5. Active support for the wider business development team and maintaining market and product knowledge
  6. Provide Accuracy of database information, timeliness of responses, recognition and fulfilment of prescribed standards and deadlines

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in customer service / 1 year of work experience in client-facing/customer services
  2. Experience in CRM software – Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics 365
  3. Good in MS Office Software, especially Outlook and Excel & PowerPoint

 

Qualification

 

  1. Diploma from a local polytechnic in Business / Marketing / Mass Communication / Media / Engineering

 

Other Information

 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)

Location: Singapore (Central Area – Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
