Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in designated industry verticals and regional markets. The ideal candidate will be a "Hunter" responsible for driving the development and implementation of Go To Market (GTM) plans, securing key corporate accounts, and achieving sustainable revenue growth. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. A Hunter role responsible for developing and driving the implementation of GTM (Go To Market) plans to attract the next High-Value Learners and secure Key Corporate Accounts (turnover over S$100 million) in achieving sustainable KF revenue growth in designated industry verticals and regional markets.
  2. Responsible and ensuring achievement of the Overall KF Sales Annual Enrollment Target and the integrity and quality compliance with the organization’s regulatory processes and procedures.
  3. A Hunter in driving the Sales Team to achieve the business unit’s strategic goals and ensure the efficiency of the operations in the markets.
  4. Plan, train, guide, and mentor the International Recruitment Agents to undertake new business development activities to generate the KF Sales Expansion Plans.
  5. Drive and build a strong brand presence and partnership with regulatory bodies, employers, tertiary institutions and regional recruitment and training partners.
  6. Plan and manage appropriate budgets for new business development activities and related travel costs.

Requirements:

  1. Commercial b-2-b experience and relationship management experience are highly desirable.
  2. Proven ability to recognise, analyse, and take action on go-to-market approaches, joint value propositions, and business cases around strategic partnerships
  3. Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad stakeholder ranging from customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and product management
  4. Experience in accounting or business services in industry, commerce or a large accounting firm is highly desirable.
  5. Hands-on operational experience in start-up operations is highly desirable.
  6. Experience in developing and executing business plans to establish a presence in selected markets
  7. Experience in project and event management is highly desirable.
  8. Ability to probe with clients through a consultative sales approach, on their business needs and challenges and suggest potential solutions with the support of the business and manage long sales cycle
  9. The ability to plan, coordinate and facilitate key projects and events
  10. The capability to undertake research, providing timely advice and identification of issues and potential solutions
  11. Deep understanding of the international business environment highly desirable
  12. Ability to relate to people at all levels and in a collaborative manner to achieve key deliverables
  13. Skilled in crafting proposals and is articulating in presenting business ideas to both internal and external stakeholders

 

Qualification

  1. Local polytechnic Degree graduates and/or postgraduate qualifications are required.
  2. Specialisation in marketing, business or international business is highly desirable.

 

Other Information

 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)

Location: Singapore (Central Area – Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
