Key Roles and Responsibilities
Student Management (40%)
- Conducting welcome orientations / inductions (if applicable)
- Start the class for new modules
- Responding to students’ emails
- Conducting class visits
- Attending student forums / program committee meetings / student feedback sessions
- Updating students with concise information on time (program updates – course details, result release, graduation information, etc.)
- Drafting ad-hoc program updates
- Responding to students’ administrative enquiries / requests
- Resolving any students’ complaints / feedback
- Provide good advice / alternative solutions for students when issues arise
- Bringing students' feedback / issues to the management and recommending solutions
- Highlighting students with learning difficulties and/or other problems to Academics Team/Student Counselor and recommending action
- Issuing warning letters for students with low attendance
- Building rapport with students
University Management (40%)
- Liaising with universities on students' enquiries / requests
- Liaising with universities on meetings / events (e.g. student forums)
- Communicating and negotiating with universities on students' issues / problems (e.g. extenuating circumstances cases, etc.) and lecturers' issues
- Building relationship with universities
Cross Department Communication (10%)
- Communicating with other departments (e.g. sales, finance, etc.) for clarification on or resolution of student issues (e.g. request to retrieve exam scripts from Exam Office for appeal cases)
- Responding to government agencies such as ICA, CPE, Police, etc on time for all enquiries
Teamwork & Personal Development (10%)
- Communicating regularly with Back-end Counterpart to achieve work efficiency & effectiveness
- Providing support to other members in the organization wherever necessary
- Attending training as required
- Proposing ideas for work improvement
Requirements
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent Customer service & communication skill
- General Administration skill
- Prior experience in the education industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and outlook
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma Holder
Other Information
Working hour ~ Monday - Friday ~ 10am - 7pm
Work Arrangements ~ Hybrid work environment (3 days WFH 2 days WFO)
