What You Will Learn
Successful recruits will work on special projects with managers and get to learn a wide spectrum of Digital Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Management, Analytics the entire customer lifecycle in the travel industry:
- Brand Marketing - Brand building and awareness generation.
- Digital Marketing - Paid and organic search marketing, social and app.
- Loyalty Marketing - Earn and burn cycle of miles and points programs.
- Lifecycle Marketing - Acquisition, engagement and remarketing.
- Marketing Management - Campaign building, management, budgeting and post evaluation.
- Analytics - Analytics from various industry tools to garner insights for refinement and drive better results for future campaigns.
Responsibilities
We’re currently looking for a Digital Marketing and Partnerships Intern to join us for 3 to 6 months. The intern will be exposed and be assisting with various responsibilities:
- Creating and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels (ideation, targeting and segmentation, copywriting, visual asset design/creation, platform management, etc.).
- Consolidating customer/marketing data and performing analysis to understand acquisition costs vs. customer lifetime value.
- Helping define our brand voice, content strategy and run social media campaigns and experiments.
- Come up with and execute guerilla marketing campaigns.
- Creating business development and partnership decks for new as well as existing partners.
Requirements
· Polytechnic or Degree students in the fields of Mass Communication, Marketing or Business.
· Self-starter and initiative taker: Enjoys un-structured, fast moving environments.
· Jack of all trades and not afraid of getting hands dirty.
· Knowledge of Marketing. Some background on analytics is preferred though not necessary.
· Some understanding of digital marketing channels (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, Baidu).
· Great oral and written communicator.
· MS Office skills compulsory.
· Any previous experience in digital marketing would be a plus
· Photoshop experience would be a plus
