Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and creative Intern to support our content and marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience across creative production, digital content, and campaign support within a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the team, the intern will contribute to the development of visual assets, assist in content production, and support the execution of marketing activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to learn, proactive, and excited to gain real-world experience in creative and marketing functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES: What you’ll be doing 

Creative & Content Support

  • Assist in creating visual assets for social media, marketing materials, and internal communications.
  • Adapt templates and develop simple graphics, layouts, and visual concepts.
  • Work with the team on content ideas and creative executions for ongoing campaigns.

Photo & Video Assistance

  • Assist with basic filming for internal and external content (e.g., events, interviews, behind-the-scenes).
  • Support simple video editing and formatting for digital platforms.
  • Help with basic photo taking, editing, and asset preparation.

Production & Coordination

  • Support preparation of basic shot lists, reference decks, or simple storyboards.
  • Assist during content shoots and marketing activities as needed.
  • Organize and maintain creative files to ensure proper documentation and accessibility.

Collaboration & Development

  • Assist in generating content ideas for Kaliber.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand briefs and project objectives.
  • Incorporate feedback and iterate on creative outputs.
  • Stay curious and explore emerging content formats and trends.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualification and Experience

  • University student in Design, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Portfolio is required with at least one of:
    • Design work (social posts, layouts, graphics, etc.), or
    • Photo/video work (shooting and/or editing).
  • Self-starter and independent worker who can also work well as a team member;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong computer skills: proficiency in Google Docs, spreadsheets and project management tools
