Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and driven Para Planner Intern to join our passionate team. As a Para Planner Intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in providing comprehensive financial planning support to our esteemed clients. This internship offers valuable insights into the financial advisory industry and the chance to develop essential skills that will propel your future career in finance.

 

Responsibilities:

Mainly being an assistant to our Financial Advisors and not limited to following:

-Assist in conducting financial analysis and research to support the development of robust financial plans. Analyze client data, evaluate investment options, and contribute to the creation of personalized financial strategies.

-Collaborate with the para planning team to generate accurate and professional reports, including financial summaries, investment recommendations, and risk assessments. Ensure all reports are clear, concise, and tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

-Organize and maintain client data and financial records in our CRM system. Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support efficient workflow and client servicing.

-Assist senior para planners and financial advisors in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive financial plans for clients. Help gather necessary information, conduct research, and contribute to the formulation of strategic recommendations.

-Aid in the analysis of investment portfolios, assessing performance, risk levels, and alignment with clients' financial goals. Contribute to portfolio optimization strategies and assist with rebalancing activities.

-Participate in client meetings and calls, shadowing senior team members, and learning effective communication and relationship-building techniques. Gain exposure to client interactions and develop professionalism and confidence in engaging with clients.

-Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to applicable laws, rules, and ethical standards in all activities and recommendations.

-Embrace opportunities for learning and growth by actively participating in team meetings, training sessions, and industry-related events. Take initiative to expand knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

-Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 

-Demonstrated interest in the financial services industry, with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in financial advisory.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial information and provide meaningful insights. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis is a plus.

-Meticulousness in handling data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining high standards of quality in all work performed.

-Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and contribute to client communications. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

-Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems is advantageous.

-Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
