Kacific is current looking for an Information Technology (IT) Intern to support our IT Team.
The Role
We are looking for a technically capable and dynamic Information Technology (IT) person to be part of the Kacific Information technology team.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce a useful Microsoft 365 tool to the company to increase work efficiency and unlock M365 value.
- Assist in updating IT documentation, IT Intranet portal & IT Inventory
- Develop a user training material like a video guide
- Assist the IT Engineer with IT-related support, e.g., IT Hardware & Software, IT Accessories
- Built a low-code app via Microsoft PowerApps to automate workflow.
Key Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Problem-solving & Communications skills
- A basic understanding of computer hardware and network file and print services
- Proficiency in computer applications: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, PowerApps
