Reality Competition Series (Shot in Malaysia)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Production Assistant Intern to join our team on location for an exciting reality competition series filming in Malaysia.

This is a hands-on opportunity to experience television production from the inside, working alongside experienced producers, directors and crew in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the production team with day-to-day filming operations.
• Support producers during location shoots and contestant activities.
• Help coordinate cast, crew and production schedules.
• Prepare and distribute call sheets, production paperwork and release forms.
• Assist with logistics, transport and equipment movement.
• Liaise with contestants, crew, suppliers and local contacts.
• Run production errands and provide general on-set support.
• Help ensure filming locations remain organised and production-ready.
• Assist with basic office and administrative duties before and after shoots.
• Be ready to jump in wherever needed—every day is different.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications or a related field.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working long filming days and travelling within Malaysia.
• A genuine interest in television, documentaries or reality entertainment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Malay-speaking ability is a strong bonus, as you'll be working closely with local contestants, crew and vendors.
