Just Accounting Pte. Ltd. – Outsourced Accountant

Just Accounting Pte. Ltd. is a small outsourcing company helping SMEs with accounting, tax, and company secretary functions. The Company is embarking on an aggressive expansion plan and is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join us. 

What you will do:

• Handle and process multiple client's full set financial accounting
• Administrative work to tidy up the financial documents
• Data entry into the accounting system
• Learn to use 3 types of accounting software
• Understanding General Ledger
• Ensure proper recording and filing of documents
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Undertakes any other duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accounting / LCCI with 1 year working experience / 3 years of experience in the accounting field
• Strong knowledge of accounting (Double Entry) is a must
• Mircosoft office
• Good character and attitude
• Attention to details
• Meticulous, hardworking, self-motivated and reliable
• Have a sense of urgency
• Good team player, independent, have initiative and possess good attitude

Other information:

• 5-day work week
• Working location – Jurong East
• Only Singapore or PR
• Applicants who can commence work either on an immediate basis or within short notice will have an added advantage
