- Job Description
IT Infrastructure
- Windows server configuration and support
- Experience in configuring and troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, network routing and WIFI Access Point to maximize network efficiency and security
- Maintain and updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
- Experience in Office 365, Teams, One Drive and SharePoint support
- Cloud experience in Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) would be an added advantage
- End-user, computer and software support
- Knowledge of SD-WAN technology
- Perform IT Help Desk and other IT support activities for the assigned region countries remotely
Technical Talent Specialization
- Good knowledge on Windows servers and routing protocol
- Preferable those possess CCNA / CCNP / CCIE / CompTIA Network & Security
- Good knowledge on Firewalls (Palo Alto)
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP networks
- Good knowledge on Azure or AWS cloud technology
- Good knowledge on Office365
Experience & Skill-set required:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or related field or a combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT networking support related experience
- Strong IT Technical understanding and a hands-on person
- Fast learner and able to adapt to frequent changes in business environment
- Able to handle multi tasks, work independently and prioritize workloads effectively
- Must be a team player
