PART A: Duties & Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure
- Assist in developing operating, installation, and upgrade procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software.
- Handle troubleshooting on Windows server, network management of the entire Asia Pacific region
- Cloud management such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Continual IT Infrastructure services improvement
- Perform IT Help Desk and desktop support activities for entire Asia Pacific region
Support IT Project Deployment
- Implementation and deployment of IT projects throughout Asia Pacific region such as office relocation, server migration, etc)
- Supplier/vendor management
- Ensure that designated IT vendors meet contractual obligations
- Attend to any other reasonable projects as assigned by the Senior Manager and General Manager
Technical Talent Specialization
- Good knowledge of Windows servers
- Intermediate knowledge of Cisco networking (Routing and Switching)
- Good knowledge of Firewalls andNetwork-based IDS/IPS
- Good understanding of enterprise computing environments and strong understanding of TCP/IP networks
- Good knowledge of advanced Enterprise Antivirus and Antispyware
- Good knowledge of AWS or cloud technology
- Good knowledge of Office365
PART B: Experience & Skill-set required:
- Diploma in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or related field or a combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years experience in IT Infrastructure / helpdesk operations
- Strong IT Technical understanding and a hands-on person
- Fast learner and able to adapt to frequent changes in business environment
- Able to multi-task, work independently and prioritize workloads effectively
