JTB Pte Ltd – Application Support Executive, IT

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle operational query of the users, by documents, looking into database or analysing data
• Assist to conduct user hearing to understand business requirement, and advise any solution idea, as well as troubleshooting
• Work on change requests to enhance and improve applications with the developer
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) upon completion of the development to ensure all requirements are met
• Documentation preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Attend to support any IT project as a member, as assigned by superior
• Provide subject matter expertise support on projects as required
• Provide application training to internal users when required
• Support IT governance and audits as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or related field or a combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in working as similar role
• Able to use SQL and database analysis skill
• Sharepoint knowledge will be an added advantage
• Willingness to learn and advance in technology
• Good command in English for speaking and writing
• Team player who has a growth mindset and confident to work independently
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
