Job Description

Gain on-the-job practical business experience working on new product marketing and overseas business expansion. Participate in brand creation, product launches, promotions and business development strategies. Trainees will learn soft skills such as project management, communication, product presentation, market analysis and so on. Pick up skills that are industry-relevant and transferrable across sectors. Boost employability through skills acquisition and work exposure.

During this period, you will work on marketing and sales strategy. In the process, you will gain experience and become much more proficient in these areas. Use this opportunity to build a portfolio of professional quality work which you can confidently showcase to clients and employers to prove your abilities when the need arises. Role Overview

1. Participate in brain storming growth strategy focused both on growth and customer satisfaction

2. Conduct research to identify new dishes and customer needs

3. Assist with business strategy conceptualisation, planning and execution such as franchise promotion

4. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

5. Promote the company’s products/services via digital marketing, offline and online sales channels, identify new marketing platforms such as Tiktok.

6. Plan and develop social media posts for IG and Facebook, plan and execute Facebook LIVE steam
