Joyway Private Limited – Quantity Surveyor (Rebar and Formwork) – Internship

Joyway Private Limited a subsidiary of Oneness Holding Private Limited. It established in the year 2014, is a Construction Company. We are sub-contractor with graded under Builder License GB2, Biz-safe Star and ISO45001:2018 by the Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA).

Our major work is RC Structural Work. Since we establishment, Joyway Private Limited has continuously seek new developments. We have undertaken many HDB Projects, Condominium projects, Warehouse Projects and so on which relevant with RC Structural work projects. With our unremitting efforts, we have achieved some reputation in the industry.

Job Description

• Assist tender submission and presentations for building construction works
• Assist in quantity take-off, material and labor cots estimation
• Liaise with main-contractors and suppliers and request for quotation
• Handle monthly payment and claims
• Prepare and review drawings and contracts

Requirement

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying/ Buildings/ Architecture or equivalent
• Familiar with Autocad, Microsoft and drawings
• Good in interpersonal and communication skills
