Handle full spectrum of accounts receivable duties and update into our system

Ensure timely and accurate billing of invoices and follow up on all outstanding payments

  • ·       Administrative work e.g. database maintenance, data entry etc.
  • ·       Liaise with client and internal departments on billing matters
  •         Prepare monthly reports and to assist in month end closing
  •         Other ad-hoc duties assigned
  •         Most preferably local graduate
  • ·       Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • ·       Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-tasking 
  • ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ·       Positive attitude and work ethic
  • ·       Preferably Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident 
Job Description
  • You need to be proficient in Powerpoint, Keynote Excel and Word.
  • You need to be an excellent Communicator who can write and speak in English with both flair and eloquence.
  • A strong understanding of the social media landscape
  • You'll need to possess a postive attitude and have a strong desire to learn.
  • Attention to details
  • A listener
  • Copywriting is a plus point
