Company Profile
Handle full spectrum of accounts receivable duties and update into our system
Ensure timely and accurate billing of invoices and follow up on all outstanding payments
- · Administrative work e.g. database maintenance, data entry etc.
- · Liaise with client and internal departments on billing matters
- Prepare monthly reports and to assist in month end closing
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Most preferably local graduate
- · Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- · Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-tasking
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Positive attitude and work ethic
- · Preferably Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
Job Description
- You need to be proficient in Powerpoint, Keynote Excel and Word.
- You need to be an excellent Communicator who can write and speak in English with both flair and eloquence.
- A strong understanding of the social media landscape
- You'll need to possess a postive attitude and have a strong desire to learn.
- Attention to details

- Copywriting is a plus point
