• Introduce our company, products & services
• Provide good customer service & attitude 
• Schedule for appointments between prospective client and sales agents
• Liaise and Follow up with prospective clients to ensure attendance for appointment
• Constantly strive to hit KPIs & targets set
• Provide feedback for improvement
