What this job involves
•Support the relocation of Client operations into a new office:
•Set up Facility Operations in the new office
•Facilitate induction and training for contractors/vendors
•Consolidation of as-built documents
•Coordinate 3 waves of office move
•Ensure office readiness for move as per schedule
•Ensure no incidents/escalation
Sound like you? To apply you need to be:
•Diploma/ University Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building/ Estate Management
•Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS words, in particular)
•Good oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
