My client is seeking a dedicated and organised Personal Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will provide administrative support, coordinate daily tasks, and help ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Organise and maintain files, documents, and records.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
Support in planning and executing events or projects.
Run basic errands and provide ad-hoc administrative support when needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
Preferred (Optional):
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or related field.
No experience required — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Training will be provided.
