• Conduct initial phone screens to assess fit and interest
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth coordination
• Send follow‑up emails, feedback, and next steps post‑interview
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date recruitment records

Requirements:

• Minimum A Levels or Local Polytechnic Diploma
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
