Job Description - Office Administrator

• Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
• Experience in accounts / bookkeeping
• HR knowledge and experience
• Strong Microsoft Word skills and basic Microsoft Excel
• Highly self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, positive and dedicated
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Ability to priorities in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• High level of confidentiality
• Bookkeeping and HR knowledge is an advantage
• Maintaining book keeping for pending accounts
• Bill payments for office and company
• Any other ad-hoc duties that will be assigned from time to time

Work Schedule

This job has the following work schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Office hours
• Weekends Off
• 9 hours shift
• Flexible
